Full-mouth restoration on implants in 7 months

One of our complex and instructive clinical cases. The patient came in with almost no remaining teeth, unable to chew food properly, and with aesthetic concerns. A complicated medical history and a high risk of not following post-operative restrictions called for maximum reliability rather than fast-track methods.

1. Removal of the damaged teeth and placement of implants in the upper and lower jaws. 2. A classic two-stage protocol: the implants were left unloaded for 3 months to integrate fully. 3. After osseointegration, permanent bridges on a bar system were made and fixed. 4. The restoration gave the patient back full chewing function and natural-looking aesthetics.
