Problem

Solution

1. Removal of the failed front implants and placement of new ones in the same visit. 2. Immediate fixation of a temporary prosthesis: the patient left with teeth on the day of surgery. 3. Three months later, just a few days before the flight, a permanent high-aesthetic prosthesis was fitted.
